Linnea Corvus

Linnea Corvus writes science fiction because she believes stories set far enough from the present are one of the few tools we have for imagining a different future. Space, for her, is the country where that imagining happens most freely: there is room to ask bigger questions when the ground under your feet doesn't have to look like Earth.

She reads widely and without a plan: history, biography, poetry, philosophy, the occasional cookbook. She is the sort of person who wants to know how things work and why they came to be that way, and that curiosity is what feeds her fiction.

Linnea lives in the Pacific Northwest with her husband, their three children, and two cats who have appointed themselves senior management. She is the author of The Envoy Chronicles, a five-book series, and is at work on the next book.
